The 2024 Far West Agribusiness Association December conference offers professionals a unique networking experience that goes beyond the traditional meet-and-greet. Combining an industry reception, exhibitors, a silent auction that benefits our PAC, and sessions for continuing education units, it provides something for everyone.
Accommodations:
Hotel guest rooms are available at the following area hotels on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive a special conference rate, let the hotel know that you are with the Far West Agribusiness Association unless another specific code is given.
FWAA event CANCELLATION POLICY: Customer cancellations received up to 14 business days prior to the event start date will be refunded the event fee minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations 1-14 days prior to the event, and no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount without future event credit. Registrations can be transferred to another person within the registrant's organization. Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for full payment. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
FWAA reserves the right to cancel or change event dates and any time, for reasons including, but not limited to, lack of facility, lack of contractor/presenter, or any unforeseen circumstance. Notification of cancellation will be provided within 14 days of the event, whenever possible. Registrants will not be charged for the event.
FWAA is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled event, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer's sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid event fees.
FWAA shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in any training materials, nor shall FWAA be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at a FWAA event.
