Description


Annual Refresher Course in accordance with O.S.H.A. Regulation Standards, Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response 29 CFR 1910.120q.

Lunch is provided to attendees.

FWAA Classroom Training CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to class will be refunded the training fee minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations 1-10 business days prior to class, and no-shows, will not receive any refund and will not be granted credit toward a future class.

Registrations can be transferred to another person within the registered person's organization.

Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for full payment.  We do not make exceptions to this policy.

FWAA reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, for reasons including, but not limited to, lack of classroom facility, equipment or trainer availability.  Notification will be provided within 14 days of the class. Whenever possible.  Registrants will not be charged for the class.

FWAA is not liable for any direct, or indirect consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled training, including, but not limited to,cancellation penatltied for transportation or accommodations.  The customer's sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.

FWAA shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall FWAA be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at a FWAA course.
